Common access steps

Use the same browser after payment while access is being verified. Do not share a paid return link. If a plan does not open, keep the Stripe receipt and checkout reference so support can verify the purchase.

What to include in a support request

Your first name, purchase email, plan name and Stripe receipt or checkout reference are enough. Do not send card numbers, bank balances, passwords, health information or detailed financial records.
